Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box ziti rigati
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
10 fresh shrimps
10 scallops
1 can crab meat
1 medium red onion
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
2 cans condensed milk
2 pounds Velveeta Cheese
1 cube bouillon
3 tablespoon Miracle whip

Cook ziti according to package directions. In a saucepan, add butter or margarine. Clean shrimp and scallop with fresh water. Add the seafood to butter, add onion, peppers, and stir until golden brown. Add milk and cheese and the cube bouillon. Let boil until cheese is melted.

In an oven pan put ziti. Mix ziti with Miracle Whip. Pour the seafood mixture on ziti and mix well (add some parmesan cheese on top) optional.

Put in oven for 1 hour on 325°F. Let warm and serve with some wine.
