1 rump, tied, or chuck roast - I have not found one that does not work (size depends on size of your crock pot)
Seasoning salt
Pepper
Onion powder
1 bag baby carrots
1 medium onion
3 celery stalks
4 potatoes, cut in chunks (You can buy these veggies frozen in a mixture called stew veggies)
23 oz hot 'n spicy tomato juice

Place roast in bottom of crock-pot.

Add seasonings. Add veggies. Pour hot 'n spicy juice over meat & veggies.

Place crock-pot on low for 4 to 5 hours.
