Mix hamburger, eggs, onion (optional), seasonings, and bread crumbs together.
Form a meatloaf but leave a hollow spot in center and place the cheese and a little spaghetti sauce inside and cover with remaining hamburger. It should now look like a loaf with cheese in the center.
Place in pan and cover the whole loaf with spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake for 1 hr at 350°F. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
