Original recipe yields 1 serving
60 crushed graham crackers
1/4 lb melted butter
1 1/2 cups milk
2 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
2 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix (dry)
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip (optional)

Mix crumbs & butter together: layer in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Reserve 1/4 cup of crumbs for topping. Bake 5 minutes at 375°F. (I let this cool about 10 minutes before adding the mixture).

Beat milk & ice cream together to a milkshake consistency. Add dry pudding mix. Beat & pour into pan. Spread Cool Whip on top (optional). Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

Chill overnight.
