Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and cook veal parmesan 45 minutes. Prepare grilled cheese sandwiches.
At the 35 minute mark, start grilled cheese. When grilled cheese is done, carefully take off top piece of bread, put a piece of veal parmesan with sauce on cheese side of bread, then a thin layer of Miracle Whip on the other piece of grilled bread.
Top with your choice of pickles, tomato, or celery.
