Separate eggs. Beat eggs whites and set aside. Add ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well. Add beaten egg whites last. Prepare cake pans. Pour mixture into pans.
Bake according to box instructions in a preheated 350 degrees F oven.
Icing: Mix icing ingredients well. Be careful not to over mix. This may need to be adjusted according to which size cake you prepare. A three layer cake is what this is for. If you make a bundt cake, cut this in half. Cool cake by putting it into freezer. After cake is cooled add icing. I keep mine in the fridge after prepared (if any is left).
