Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 stick margarine, melted
1 lb light brown sugar
1 Tbsp self rise flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
2 unbaked crusts

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the first three ingredients together until well blended. Add the beaten eggs and blend. In a separate bowl, mix together the condensed milk and the vanilla. Pour that in with the brown sugar mix and blend thoroughly.

Spread the pecans over the bottom of the two pie crusts. Pour the mixture over top of the pecans.

Bake for 30-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
