Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 pkg (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room
temperature
1 envelope ranch dressing (may have to add 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayonnaise depending on what it says on the back of the package to make the dressing)
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
2 pkg (12 count) soft shells

Let cream cheese come to room temperature to soften. Follow the directions on the package of ranch dressing to prepare.

Then to the ranch dressing add the cream cheese, pimentos*, green pepper, green onions, and black olives. (* If you want you could add chopped sweet red peppers because that is what pimentos are and all I could find was a teeny tiny jar so that's what I did.). Let chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more-- mixture will thicken.

Follow directions on the package of tortillas then spread a couple of tablespoons of the mixture on each tortilla and roll. You can judge how much or little you want to use. Can be cut into 1 inch pieces or ate whole. Refrigerate unused mixture.
