Cook the hamburger meat. Drain browned meat. Return meat to pan, and mix the onion, peppers, 1/2 can enchilada sauce & salt with meat. Cook until the onions and peppers are almost done. Turn off heat.
Put your tortillas in the microwave until they are pliable about 40 sec.
Spray a casserole dish with Pam and pour 1/2 can of enchilada sauce in the casserole dish. Fill tortilla with desired amount of filling and roll tightly and fill the casserole dish. Pour the other can of enchilada sauce on top of enchilladas and sprinkle cheese on top.
Put in the oven for 15 min or until cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
