Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 lb ground beef
3 eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
You can also make barbeque sauce to cover them:
3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar

Mix eggs, parmesan cheese, onion salt and pepper together; add ground beef and mix well. Add bread crumbs and mix well.

Shape into balls. Line baking pan with foil and spray lightly with Pam.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Turn meatballs after 10 minutes to keep from getting a brown spot.

To make the barbeque sauce, mix all ingredients together.
