Spread 3/4 bag chips on bottom of a casserole dish. Then spread beans all on top of chips. Layer guacamole on top of that, then sour cream. Sift taco seasoning all over top.
Crumble remaining chips onto that. Sprinkle cheese onto layers, and then add tomatoes & chilies.
Top with olives & green onions.
