Take cream cheese, and spread all over pizza dough. Take lunch meat, and lay out evenly onto dough. Then take sliced cheese, and lay out evenly over the meat.
Then roll the whole thing up, like a taquito. Slice width ways, into even "pinwheels".
Serve with salsa, for topper if desired.
