4 large eggs
2 cups milk

Arrange 4 slices bread in greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with half the Swiss cheese and broccoli. Repeat layers.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper; pour evenly over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
