Marinade:
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

First make marinade. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 10-15 minutes. You'll want the mixture to thicken slightly. Remove from heat and cool. After the mixture has cooled, pour it into a blender and blend until smooth.

Marinate chicken breasts in about 1/3 cup of sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill chicken over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked through (about 7 minutes each side). Serve chicken over a bed of mixed salad greens or small serving of Basmati rice. Use the rest of the sauce as a topping.
