1 large can peeled tomatoes
1 med onion
4-5 potatoes, diced
2 stalk s celery
1 green pepper
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg smoked sausage
1/4 cup brown sugar
Onion salt to taste
Celery salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Let's Make It

Place tomatoes and onion in blender and liquefy them. Dice potatoes, celery, and green pepper. Slice smoked sausage into about 1/4" slices.

Place all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Add salts to taste.

Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, approx. 1 hour.
