2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup whole milk
4 crab cakes
1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Cheese Shredded Cheese

Place sliced raw potatoes in a 9x12 inch pan. Cover with onions and peppers and pour milk over all.

Top with the 4 crab cakes, and sprinkle the cheese over all.

Place in a preheated 350°F oven, covered with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
