3 cups Bisquick Original Baking Mix
1 lb uncooked bulk pork sausage
4 cups (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.

2. Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.

3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping, if desired.
