Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 slices white bread (crust, too)
Milk to soften
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
3 Tbsp parsley
1 hard-boiled egg
1 lb backfin crab (or imitation crab)
Salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers

Put bread in 2 qt. casserole and pour enough milk to make bread soggy.

Melt butter. Pour butter, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley and egg over bread and stir well. Fold in crab and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot). Crumble Ritz Crackers on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
