Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb lean beef cubes, trim if necessary
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (or to taste)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 white onion, sliced very thin
2 Tbsp pine nuts and/or capers

Boil beef cubes with salt/pepper for about 30 minutes or until very tender. Drain and let cool down in a salad bowl.

Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

Put in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
