Original recipe yields 1 serving
5-6 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
4-6 green peppers
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup boiling water
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup Minute Rice (uncooked)
16 oz spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Bring water to a boil, add 1/2 tsp. salt. Cut stem end off of peppers. Remove insides and wash. Add to boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile: Brown ground beef in large fry pan on medium heat. Add onion and minced garlic. Cook till tender, stirring frequently. Remove grease from beef and vegetables the best you can.

Meanwhile: Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Add salt and rice. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

Add rice to beef mixture if all is browned and tender. Add spaghetti sauce, and mix well.

Stuff peppers, put in baking dish, cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
