6-8 red skin potatoes
3 Tbsp fresh or 2 Tbsp. of dried chives
2 cups Kraft Ranch or Ranch with Bacon Dressing
1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Cooked Bacon, crumbled or use Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces (less work) *do not use bacon bits
Sprig of parsley for garnish

Cut red skin potatoes in fourths boil until tender, do not overcook. Drain and place in a serving bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients to warm potatoes, fold gently, not to mash the potatoes.

Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve warm.
