2 large ripe tomatoes
1 large red onion
2 large cucumbers
2 large avocados
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Seasoning salt

Wash and slice tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and avocados thin.

Put in a plastic long container. Add olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste. Add seasoning salt to taste.

Put in fridge overnight. Pour over your lettuce salad just before serving.
