Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup un-cooked rice
2 tsp butter, divided
Seasoning
1 cup uncooked lentils
Onion
1 tsp chicken or beef seasoning
1 pkg chips
Lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
Grated cheddar cheese
Olives
Avocado, chopped
Sour cream
Salsa

Add rice in 2 cups boiling water, 1 tsp. butter & seasoning to taste bring to boiling. Turn fire to low, cover & cook until rice is soft.

In 2 cups of water, add lentils, 1 tsp. butter, seasoning to taste, onion, chicken or beef seasoning to taste, and cook about 45 minutes or until soft.

1. Place chips on plate.

2. Place cooked hot rice on chips and lentils on rice.

3. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, avocado, sour cream & salsa.
