1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Oreo Crumb Crust
Melt butter and stir in crumbs and sugar. Press into the bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate, springform pan or flan pan. Bake at 325 F for 5 minutes. Cool before filling.
Melt 4 chocolate squares over hot water. Cool slightly. Process cottage cheese in food processor or blender until smooth. Add cream cheese and blend well. Mix in melted chocolate, granulated sugar and vanilla: then blend in eggs until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
Combine sour cream and brown sugar; spread over cheesecake. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Cool to room temperature. Melt 1 square chocolate and shortening over hot water; drizzle over surface of cheesecake. Chill until serving time.
