1 very ripe pineapple
1/2 cup cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Peel the very ripe pineapple (doesn't have to be perfectly clean or you'll take too much off). Mix the cinnamon and sugar and then roll the whole pineapple in the mixture.

When it is coated, you can place directly on a very hot grill. I prefer to place on a skewer so it sits high. You can then place chicken below the pineapple and the drippings will go onto the chicken.

The pineapple is done in about an hour. You want it quite hot to eat. Should not burn. When finished slice and eat. You could eat it with ice cream.
