Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup biscuit mix (dry)
cup 1/4 to 1/2 milk
2 light breakfast sausage rounds
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp flour
Salt and pepper, to taste

Let's Make It

In bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk. Make into dough, and follow package directions for baking.

In small saute pan, place breakfast sausage rounds and water. Cook until warmed through, and break up into small pieces. Remove from pan to bowl.

In same pan, add milk and flour. Stir gently, add salt and pepper. Continue stirring until gravy thickens, and lumps are gone. Add sausage back to pan with gravy.

Remove biscuit from oven, spilt, and spoon gravy over top.
