Original recipe yields 1 serving
12 chocolate wafers
2 Tbsp instant Columbian coffee granules
1/4 cup hot water
1 and 1/2 cups half-and-half cream or milk
1 pkg (4 serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

PLACE 1 cookie in bottom of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

DISSOLVE instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl. Add cream, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Beat with a whisk for about 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.

FOLD in whipped topping. Spoon into muffin cups. Freeze until firm, about six hours.

REMOVE dessert from paper cup. Place on individual dessert plate. Drizzle melted chocolate on each dessert cup.
