1 1/2 cups oil (you can use stir fry oil with garlic)
1/3 cup hot mustard
1/3 cup lemon juice
6-8 cloves of garlic
1 tsp rosemary (fresh if you have it)

Marinate the turkey overnight in the above ingredients. Turn as often as you can.
Drain thoroughly, rub inside cavity with salt. Place turkey in a baking pan and lay strips of bacon over the legs and breast. This helps to keep the meat from drying out.
Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F at 20 minutes per pound or until cooked through.
