1/2 onion
1 can salmon, cleaned
Lawry seasoning salt (add to taste)
10-12 low sodium crackers
Oil for frying

Dice onion then add to salmon in a bowl. Mix together then put seasoning salt to the mixture.

Take the crackers, put them in a plastic bag and crush them but not fully. Mix crackers with the salmon and then form them into patties.

After they are in patty formation, put them in hot oil to fry.
