1/2 cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 cups Kraft Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can (8 oz.) tomato soup mixed with 1/2 cup water

Let's Make It
Mix together ground chuck, tomato sauce, egg, onion, bread crumbs, and green pepper. Mix well. Add the Kraft Velveeta cheese and mix well.
Form into a meatloaf shape and put in roasting pan, covered. Add the tomato soup around the meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 hours.
