Place cut up cooked chicken on bottom of buttered 9x13 dish.
Mix cream celery soup, cream mushroom soup, sour cream, and slivered almonds together and spread over chicken in the pan.
Crush up the crackers and mix it with the poppy seeds and margarine. Spread it evenly over the chicken.
Bake at 350°F for 20-35 minutes until cracker topping is golden brown and chicken mixture is bubbling.
