1/4 cup finely diced pickled jalapeno peppers (pour a little juice in too)
2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup chili powder
1/8 cup parsley mixed (put aside)

Let's Make It
Mix first four ingredients together with hands (using gloves). If no gloves, be sure not to touch your eyes after! :( Roll into a ball and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.
Then take the remaining ingredients and pour on a plate. Take the cheese ball and roll in the mixture until coated.
Refrigerate until needed or can be frozen for the future! YUM...serve with crackers, as chips will break!
