Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 - 1/2 cups shredded fully cooked rotisserie chicken meat chilled
1 cup Porter's Pico de Gallo
1/2 tsp McCormick Mexican Seasoning
4 bolilo rolls or soft French rolls
1/2 cup La Mexicana guacamole (or your own homemade)
6 Tbsp shredded Jack Cheese (your brand choice)

Let's Make It

Stir together chicken, pico de gallo & Mexican seasoning in a small bowl; set aside.

Cut each roll in half & bake at 350°F for 5 min or until toasty.

Spread equal amounts of guacamole on the bottom of each roll & top with equal amounts of seasoned chicken & cheese. Close sandwich & serve.
