2 lb ground turkey
1 large yellow onion, chopped into small pieces
1 large green bell peppers, chopped into small pieces
3 Tbsp seasoned salt
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup Italian Seasoning
3 whole eggs
6 slices of bread
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Use large baking pan. Spray bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put all ingredients into pan and cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 2.5 hours. Remove foil and continue to bake until top is slightly crisp. Slice and serve.
