Boil then peel the potatoes, and cube into a bowl. Boil chicken breasts, cool and cube into chunks. Cut cabbages into small pieces- red cabbage is for color. Chop green onion. Cut jalapeno pepper into very small pieces and throw seeds away. Cut onion into small pieces. Cut red pepper into small pieces.
Let chicken and potatoes cool them stir all ingredients in with mayonnaise and garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for about 1 hour.
