Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 piece package Broaster Fried Chicken
1 can (48 oz.) Swanson Chicken Broth
24 oz water, which is half the can of Swanson chicken broth filled with water
1 can (15 oz.) mixed vegetables, undrained
2 strips of Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp each: dried marjoram, dried savory, black pepper
1/2 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, salt
1 Tbsp each: parsley flakes, dried chives
1 pkg (12 oz.) frozen home-style egg noodles

Skin and de-bone the chicken, chopping it into bite sized pieces.

In a large stock pot, or sauce pan, combine all the ingredients except the noodles. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the egg noodles and continue to simmer 30 minutes longer.
