The Best Fruit Salad

Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cans (15 oz. each) fruit cocktail
3-4 bananas
1 tub (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 package mini marshmallows (colored make it more fun for kids)
1 tub (16 oz.) whipped cream
1 small package Jell-O Any Flavor Gelatin (just to add a little flavor and color)

Drain the fruit cocktail and pour into a 15 quart bowl. Slice the bananas and mix with fruit.

Add the cottage cheese and marshmallows. Stir together. Then add the whipped cream and Jell-O. Stir together.

Let sit in fridge for about 1 hour to let chill. Then serve.
