1 bag extra wide egg noodles/rotini works well also
1 pound hamburger meat
Either 4 small cans of tomato sauce and a pinch of sugar or your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 brick cream cheese, room temperature
1 pint sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese

Let's Make It
Cook noodles until done. While noodles are cooking, brown hamburger meat and add sauce to warm. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and green onions until creamy, set aside.
Spoon a small amount of sauce and meat in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer half of the noodles, and then spoon the cream cheese mixture in dollops on top of that. Layer the rest of the noodles cover with remaining sauce and meat, cover with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes (for better presentation, the last 10 min. of cooking turn the oven to broil to get a golden crispy top).
