1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg Jell-O Peach Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1 pkg vanilla flavor sugar free cook & serve pudding
1 1/2 cups water

Peel and slice peaches and place in pie crust.

Combine peach Jell-O and vanilla pudding mixes and add 1 1/2 cup water and cook, stirring continuously till mixture thickens (approximately 3-4 minutes). Pour over peaches.

Refrigerate at least 2 to 2-1/2 hours before serving. Add a dollop of Cool Whip Lite and serve.
