Mix both cans of pie filling in a bowl, and pour into a greased 9x13-inch cake pan.
In a separate bowl mix cake mix, butter and walnuts with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of berry mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or just as good cold.
