Empty contents of Orange Jell-O into a large mixing bowl. Pour 1 cup boiling water over the Jell-O and stir until all dissolved.
Stir vanilla ice cream into Jell-O mixture until all dissolved. Add drained diced peaches and allow to chill but not set, about 15 minutes.
Gently fold Cool Whip into the chilled Jell-O mixture. Pour into ready made graham cracker pie crust. Chill two hours before serving.
