1 pkg (1 lb.) pork sausage
1 lb cheese, cubed
1/4 cup ketchup
2-3 tsp oregano
1-2 loaves cocktail rye bread

Let's Make It

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix pork sausage, cheese, ketchup, and oregano in large bowl (using your hands works best).

Using a fork, spread about one Tbsp. of the mix onto individual cocktail rye bread. Lay flat on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 10-15 minutes, or until cheese just turns brown, bubbles, and is melted.
