1 can (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
1 cup grated Swiss cheese, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) drained, chopped pimento
1 cup canned French fried onions, divided

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, 1/2 French fried onions.

Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish.

Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, five more minutes.
