Let's Make It
Blend almond meal and oat flour, Splenda, and salt. Cut in butter until the mix looks crumbly. Add a tablespoon or so of cold water to make it stick together.
Butter an 8" by 9" baking dish, divide dough in half and press 1/2 into the bottom of dish. Pour in the berries (some folks like to add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the berries). Roll or pat out hunks of the remaining dough and arrange on top of the berries.
Bake at 325°F until golden brown (usually takes 30-35 minutes). Serve with low carb vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!!!!
