Combine pretzels, 2 Tbsp. sugar and the melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Chill for 4 hours.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, and add frozen strawberries. Stir to break up strawberries and keep stirring until mixture starts to jell. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.
