Roll out the pastry, one for the bottom and one for the top.
Mix the berries, sugar and flour. Place mixture in pastry lined pie plate. Place pastry on top and cut slits. Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Turn down to 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
