Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups macaroni (I use wheat)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 purple onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 can shrimp, drained
Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix - prepared

Let's Make It

Cook macaroni as directed on box, drain. I cool mine off with cold water, drain again.

While draining chop pepper, onion, and cucumber into small chunks. Slice tomato in half and spoon out seeds. Slice tomato into halves then into small chunks. Mix all together (except dressing).

Just before you are ready to serve, pour Good Seasons Italian dressing over all & stir. To serve more just double everything.
