Cook pie crust until light brown (prick bottom to prevent bubbles)
Cook your sausage (or bacon) in a saucepan with your broccoli, potatoes, and onion; cook until tender.
Add 4 eggs (5 eggs if you used milk instead of cream) Add cream to your mixture and cook until it thickens up.
Pour the mixture into your pie crust, and cover entire crust with cheese mixture (cheddar and mozzarella). Bake at 350 degrees until done.
