Everybody Loves Quiche

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 deep dish pie crust
1 roll sausage or 1 pack bacon (I prefer bacon)
cups 1 or 2 cooked broccoli (too much will overpower the quiche)
cups 1 or 2 chopped cooked potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
1 cup whipping cream (or 1 cup milk if you don't have cream) light or heavy cream
4 - 5 eggs
2 cups grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Cook pie crust until light brown (prick bottom to prevent bubbles)

Cook your sausage (or bacon) in a saucepan with your broccoli, potatoes, and onion; cook until tender.

Add 4 eggs (5 eggs if you used milk instead of cream) Add cream to your mixture and cook until it thickens up.

Pour the mixture into your pie crust, and cover entire crust with cheese mixture (cheddar and mozzarella). Bake at 350 degrees until done.
