Original recipe yields 1 serving
Minute Rice (read box for 6 servings)
1/4 cup tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 cup red cooking wine
1/4 cup Tamari (soy sauce)
3 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
1 small chopped onion
6 pieces bonelesse skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped fresh or 1/4 cup dried parsley
2 tablespoons red chili pepper

Prepare Minute Rice according to directions on the box.

Put ingredients into the frying pan starting with the liquids (not the water), garlic, and onions. Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium, and cover frying pan.

Put chicken into the mixture, fry on one side and then turn over. Sprinkle with parsley and red chili pepper and recover until chicken is white all the way through. Serve over bed of rice and top with marinade.
