1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato, diced (garlic)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped mushrooms (optional)

Cook mac and cheese according to directions.

Brown beef; drain. Add pepper, onion, cook until tender and crisp.

Add mac and cheese, salt and pepper and tomatoes. Cook until warm. Add cheese until melted. Can also add chopped mushrooms.
